my boy, salads and more

...and then there's my little man.

my gorgeous, soulful, selfless, deep, boisterous boy.

who can't go one day without hugging me, and touching me and telling me every 5 seconds that he loves me.

my caring, beautiful boy.

...with eyes that you can happily drown in.

i always say that jamie is in touch with his feminine side. and how true that is! he can't stand to see his baby sister being hurt by anybody (aside from himself). he is soooo defensive of the one's he loves. so caring and soft and gentle - especially with animals. he always thinks of other's feelings before his own. (make no mistake - he can pick a good fight with his sister!)

being a public holiday today, raymond and i had a little sleep this afternoon, and as i came out the room, he screamed: "don't look, it's a surprise!"

so i wondered what it was. he told me it's desert. he made us a bowl of salad - with EVERYTHING in it!! what a great bowl of salad that was! he even used boiling water to peel the tomatoes easily! the camera was at hand to take a snap.

that's some salad!

he's going to make me proud one day - ok, ok...he already does. lol
